Tagaytay getaway! The second coldest place in the Philippines, 2hours away from the busy streets of Manila. This is the home of the dormant Taal Volcano. The lake around the volcano is full of fish ponds that caters to the livelihood of the people living near the lake. Establishment of different kinds is scattered all over the place specially those with a good view of the lake. Bulalo (A beef soup comprised of shank bone marrow still inside the bone) served hot is the best dish to share with friends and love ones to lessen the chill brought by the cold air. Though it is often full of people,Tagaytay is the best place to escape the pollution of the city and the stress of our day to day life. 
